Power Flow Yoga was created out of Ashtanga yoga as a way to ‘pump up’ yoga to make it a true American-style ‘work out’. Power flow classes focus on movement and flow rather than sustained postures, and aim to keep the heart rate raised throughout the class, while focusing on breath. Usually completed in a warm (not hot!) room heated to 85-92 degrees.

 

This style of yoga is perfect for Type-A personalities, athletes, people who just can’t sit still. The movement and fast pace mean you will sweat, and will truly feel like you got a work out session in by the end.
